Mr. Lazar is an advocate since 1998, graduated from the Tel-Aviv University Law School (1997) and practiced law in the law firm of Zisman-Aharoni-Gayer, with diverse experience in civil-commercial law, real estate, urban renewal, civil litigation and corporations, consulting and trusts, also served as the co-founder and manager of entrepreneurship in the field of urban renewal.
