Dr. Schneider is the head of the international department. Eyal has graduated his Ph.D. (S.J.D) degree and LL.M (with distinction) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC. He also has a LL.B degree and a B.A. in business administration, specializing in corporate finance, from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) in Herzliya, Israel.

 

Dr. Schneider has worked as a lawyer at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms, in the fields of international taxation and venture capital funds and he has advised major U.S and European venture funds investing in Israel. Dr. Schneider represents start-ups, technology and software companies in various issues of tax, corporate and other commercial matters.

 

Dr. Schneider has also served as a visiting professor at the distinguished LL.M program of Tel Aviv University.

Eyal is also personally involved in technology investments, residential and commercial real estate investments in Israel and overseas, and his investment experience together with his legal skills enable him to provide a comprehensive and professional advise to his clients.
